▌ 怎么核验
进入证书查询页面，输入证书编号与学员姓名，两项都匹配才返回结果。查询结果包含课程名称、发证日期、有效期与证书状态。
▌ 电子证书
核验通过后可直接下载电子证书，格式与纸质证书一致，含二维码，扫码回到同一核验页面。学员不必等快递，企业也能即时归档。
▌ 编号怎么管
证书编号由发证系统统一分配，一号一证，不重复使用。培训记录与证书清单在发证时同步归档，历史证书也能查到。

After training, when a trainee changes jobs or an employer audits a supplier, one question comes up: “How do I know this certificate is genuine?” It used to take a phone call or an email. Now it is self-service.
▌ How verification works
Open the certificate verification page, enter the certificate number and the trainee's name. A result is returned only when both match, showing the course, issue date, validity and status.
▌ Electronic certificate
Once verified, the electronic certificate can be downloaded. It matches the printed version, carries a QR code and links back to the same verification page, so trainees need not wait for delivery and employers can file it immediately.
▌ How numbers are managed
Certificate numbers are allocated by the issuing system on a one-number-one-certificate basis and are never reused. Training records and the certificate list are archived at issue, and historical certificates remain searchable.
