- 体系认证：IATF 16949、VDA 6.3、ISO 9001、客户特殊要求
▌ 二、文章配模板
文章底部自动挂出与主题对应的 Excel 模板，例如 8D 案例文配 8D 报告模板，PFMEA 七步法配七步法表单。看方法的同时就能把表填起来，不用在两个栏目之间来回跳。
▌ 更新节奏
保持每天一篇，中英双语同步上线。选题来自客户现场问题和培训中学员问得最多的点。
记一句：能被用起来的文章，才有资格叫知识。

The knowledge hub has been running for a while; the real problem was never a shortage of articles but finding the right one. Looking for a practical FMEA method meant scrolling through dozens of posts, and after reading you had to hunt for the template. Two changes.
▌ First, categories by use
- ASPICE implementation: process area rollout, traceability, change management
- Core tools: hands-on APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and 8D practice and cases
- Industry insight: standard revisions, training models, AI in quality work
- SPC and statistics: control charts, capability indices, distribution models
- Management systems: IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements
▌ Second, a template with every article
Each article now lists the matching Excel template at the bottom — an 8D case links to the 8D report form, the PFMEA seven-step guide links to the seven-step form. You can read the method and fill the form in one place.
▌ Publishing rhythm
One article per day, in Chinese and English. Topics come from customer shop-floor problems and the questions trainees ask most.
One line to remember: only knowledge that gets used deserves the name.
