- 任务带知识点:学完控制计划,就按要求填一张控制计划;学完 8D,就交一份走完 D1–D8 的报告;学完 VDA 6.3,就出一份过程审核提问清单与评分表;
- 系统给反馈:交付物按要点逐项判定,缺项、错项直接指出,改完再提交;
- AI 随时答疑:体系与工具问题 24 小时即时回答,答不了的转给授课老师;

CINO's AI online hands-on courses have recently been purchased by Polygon Precision (Chengdu) Industrial Co., Ltd., MAHLE and other companies, and are being delivered to trainee accounts. The catalogue already covers ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, the core tools and the VDA series.
▌ The purchase order has changed
Buying training used to mean signing up for a few days, one instructor and one meeting room. Purchase requirements now read more specifically: courses must be sectioned for self-paced study, each course must include hands-on work, learning records must be exportable, and certificates must be verifiable.
Behind the change is a simple reality: shifts in manufacturing do not line up, and stopping the line for training costs too much. And between attending a course and being able to do the job there is still a gap.
▌ One account per person
One course account per person, no sharing. Progress, quiz scores and certificate numbers attach to an individual rather than stopping at the department level.
Polygon Precision Industrial makes high-precision moulds and components for automotive electronics, data communication, medical, sensor and optoelectronics applications, operates eight manufacturing bases in China and abroad, and serves customers across global electronics and automotive supply chains. Training needs at companies like this are many and scattered: many systems in parallel (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements), many people, many locations. Assigning courses by base and by role, with a separate report at the end, is more realistic than gathering everyone into one meeting room.
MAHLE was founded in Germany in 1920 and is one of the automotive industry's major development partners and component suppliers, with 135 production sites and 11 R&D centres worldwide. For globally operating companies, external standards tend to distort once they enter the organisation — the same clause is read and applied differently from plant to plant. A common course, a common quiz and a common certificate are the first step in turning an external standard into an internal shared language.
▌ Hands-on first: leave with something in hand
This is where the course differs most from recorded lectures: every chapter ends with a task, not a video.
- Tasks carry the knowledge: after the control plan chapter, fill in a control plan; after 8D, submit a report covering D1 to D8; after VDA 6.3, produce an audit question list and scoring sheet.
- The system gives feedback: deliverables are checked point by point, gaps and errors are flagged, and the work is resubmitted.
- AI answers anytime: system and tool questions are answered around the clock, and anything the AI cannot handle goes to the instructor.
- Practice until it holds: mistakes are not penalised — redo the task until a qualified deliverable can be produced independently.
The goal is blunt: close the laptop, and something should be in your hands.
▌ Learning report: evidence, not impressions
Each account generates a learning report at course completion: section-by-section progress, quiz scores, hands-on task pass rates, weak knowledge points and modules recommended for review.
The report serves two audiences — trainees see where they fall short, and quality managers and HR see whether this group can be put on a project and what to train next.
A certificate is issued alongside: verifiable online with number plus name, with a QR code that returns to the verification page, ready for filing during a supplier audit.
One line to remember: training results should not stop at the sign-in sheet; they should stay in the system, and be verifiable.
