ISO 9001:2026 已于 2026 年 9 月 16 日正式发布，2015 版同日作废。Global ACI（国际认可合作组织，接替原 IAF）随即发布转版要求文件，给出三年过渡期与六个关键节点。手里有 2015 版证书的企业，接下来这两年半要做的事，都可以按这张时间表倒排。
▌ 六个节点，三年过渡
- 2026.9.16 新版发布，2015 版作废；
- 2027.3.31 前 认可机构具备新版评估能力；
- 2027.6.30 前 认证机构提交转版声明；
- 2027.9.30 前 认可机构完成转版决定；
- 2028.3.31 起 新认证只能发 2026 版证书；
- 2029.9.30 前 2015 版证书全部完成转版。
▌ 三个提醒
- 手里的 2015 版证书过渡期内继续有效，招投标、客户审核不受影响；
- 转版可结合监督审核或再认证审核一起做，也可以单独安排转版审核；
- 认证机构没拿到新版认可资质之前，发不了 2026 版证书——号称能发的"裸证"别碰。
▌ 企业侧建议节奏
别拖到 2029 年扎堆，建议按四步走：
- 2026 年内：买新版标准，完成差距分析（重点 5.1、6.1、6.3 与附录 A）；
- 2027 年：转版计划写进管理评审，和认证机构预约排期；
- 2028 年：结合监督审核或再认证审核完成转版；
- 2029.9.30 前：拿到 2026 版证书，不赶最后扎堆。

ISO 9001:2026 was officially published on 16 September 2026, and the 2015 version was withdrawn the same day. Global ACI (the international accreditation cooperation body that succeeds IAF) then issued the transition requirements, setting a three-year transition period with six key milestones. If your organization holds a 2015 certificate, everything you need to do over the next two and a half years can be scheduled backwards from this timetable.
▌ Six milestones across three years
- 16 Sep 2026 — the new version is published and the 2015 version is withdrawn;
- By 31 Mar 2027 — accreditation bodies have the capability to assess against the new version;
- By 30 Jun 2027 — certification bodies submit their transition statements;
- By 30 Sep 2027 — accreditation bodies complete their transition decisions;
- From 31 Mar 2028 — new certifications may only be issued to the 2026 version;
- By 30 Sep 2029 — all 2015 certificates have completed transition.
▌ Three reminders
- Your 2015 certificate remains valid during the transition period — tendering and customer audits are unaffected;
- Transition can be combined with a surveillance or recertification audit, or arranged as a standalone transition audit;
- A certification body cannot issue a 2026 certificate before it holds the new accreditation, so steer clear of any "certificate only" offer that claims otherwise.
▌ A sensible pace for the organization
Don't leave everything to a 2029 rush. Four steps work well:
- During 2026 — buy the new standard and complete a gap analysis (focus on 5.1, 6.1, 6.3 and Annex A);
- During 2027 — put the transition plan into management review and book a slot with your certification body;
- During 2028 — complete the transition together with a surveillance or recertification audit;
- Before 30 Sep 2029 — hold the 2026 certificate without joining the last-minute rush.
