变化点：
- 7.1.6：从"保持并可获得"改为"保持、应用并共享"；
- 9.1.3 新增 f)：应对机遇措施的有效性。
要做的事：
- 经验教训推送到工序实际应用，跨产线分享；
- 机遇措施定指标、报数据（例如合格率提升了多少）。
▌ 条款 9.3.2 / 10.1
变化点：
- 9.3.2：g) 风险措施、h) 机遇措施的有效性分列为两条；
- 10.1：原 10.3 持续改进并入，含改进产品服务、应对未来需求、纠正与预防。
要做的事：
- 管理评审输入清单同步修改；
- 排查引用 10.2、10.3 编号的文件并换版。

Fourth instalment of our ISO 9001:2026 transition series: knowledge, analysis and evaluation, management review inputs, and continual improvement — four small changes. Individually they look minor; together they decide whether a management system is alive or just on paper.
▌ Clauses 7.1.6 / 9.1.3
What changed:
- 7.1.6 moves from "maintain and make available" to "maintain, apply and share";
- 9.1.3 adds f): the effectiveness of actions taken to address opportunities.
What to do:
- Push lessons learned into the processes where they apply, and share them across production lines;
- Set indicators and report data for opportunity actions (for example, how much the first-pass yield improved).
▌ Clauses 9.3.2 / 10.1
What changed:
- 9.3.2: the effectiveness of g) risk actions and h) opportunity actions are now two separate items;
- 10.1: the former 10.3 continual improvement is merged in, covering improving products and services, meeting future needs, and correction and prevention.
What to do:
- Update the management review input list accordingly;
- Search out documents referencing 10.2 and 10.3 and reissue them.

- Procedure documents and forms referencing 10.2 and 10.3.
