▌ 条款 6.3 变更的策划
变化点：
- 2015 版原有四项：目的与后果、体系完整性、资源与信息、职责与权限；
- 2026 版新增 e)：变更的沟通；
- 2026 版新增 f)：变更有效性的监视和评价；
- 2026 版新增 g)：变更结果的评审。
▌ 新增三项怎么落地
- 沟通留痕：通知了谁、何时通知、是否确认；
- 验证有效：变更后收集数据，对照预期效果；
- 评审结论：组织评审并记录，不合规就回退。
典型场景：模具修完直接投产，无人验证首件，一周后批量返工——缺的正是 f 和 g 这两步。
▌ 要动的文件清单
- 变更控制程序；
- 变更申请及评审表（加沟通、验证、评审三栏）；
- 变更台账。
要做的事：
- 设计、工艺、设备、供方变更全部适用；
- 每次变更走完三栏，禁止事后补签。
记一句：变更不可怕，可怕的是没人回头看。

Third instalment of our ISO 9001:2026 transition series: change management is where this edition adds the most weight. Clause 6.3 grows from four considerations to seven, and all three additions are closing-the-loop actions — not extra paperwork, but pressure to actually finish the change.
▌ Clause 6.3 Planning of changes
What changed:
- The four considerations carried over from 2015: purpose and consequences, integrity of the system, resources and information, responsibilities and authorities;
- New in 2026, item e): communication of the change;
- New in 2026, item f): monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the change;
- New in 2026, item g): review of the outcome of the change.
▌ How to implement the three additions
- Communication evidence — who was informed, when, and whether they confirmed;
- Effectiveness verification — collect data after the change and compare it with the expected result;
- Review conclusion — review as an organization and record the outcome; roll back if it does not comply.
A typical case: a mould is repaired and production restarts immediately, nobody verifies the first-off, and a week later a whole batch is reworked — steps f and g are exactly what was missing.
▌ Documents to update
- Change control procedure;
- Change request and review form (add three columns: communication, verification, review);
- Change register.
What to do:
- Apply it to design, process, equipment and supplier changes alike;
- Complete all three columns for every change — no signing off after the fact.
One line to remember: change is not the scary part; nobody looking back afterwards is.
